Warm wishes

This card was made with nursery rhymes cart at 3.25 inches. My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The dark blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The flower mat is 6 x 4.5. The blue border is 4.75 x 1.5 and the pink border is 4.5 x 1. I popped up the image. Added a sentiment and some bling.
