Birthday bear

This bear was made from Teddy bear parade cut at 3.25. I added bling to the wand and crown. My card base is white card 6.5 x 5. The pink mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5.  The border is 4.5 x 1.5. I then used my scallop punch to the bottom. I added 2 buttons.
