Happy anniversary

My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The black mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5.  The black border is 6 x 2.5 and the patterned mat is 2.25 x 6. I added black silk ribbon down the middle and tied a knot and attached with a glue dot. For the sentiment I cut from elegant edges on pg. 22 the oblong cut so you would go shift oblong and image. I used my label punch in white and stamped it. I used another heart punch and attached to the sentiment.
