I made this banner from birthday bash on pg. 39 at 3.5 inches. I used different colors than what was in the booklet. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The green mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned paper is 6 x 4.5. The middle piece is from elegant edges at 4 inches. I used the cuttlebug on the middle oval. I popped the image on pop dots.
