Beary good birthday

This bear is from Teddy bear parade cut at 3.25 inches. I used the cuttlebug and ran his shirt through the swirls folder. The hat was run through the polka dots folder. I put stickles on the star on his hat, balloons and cupcake. My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The pink mat is 6.25 x 4.75, and the patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. I added ribbon near the bottom. The sentiment was put on a label punch from EK Success. I popped up both the bear and the sentiment.
