Pool party

I made this card with Teddy bear parade at 3.5 inches. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The water paper us 6.25 x 4.75. I don't know where the sentiment mat came from. It came from my stash. The sentiment came from Cardz TV "Fun in the sun" stamp set.
