This card was made for my sister who is expecting twins. The bears were cut from Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. There are a lot of small pieces in this cut. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. I added pink and blue ribbon on the bottom. I then added a pink and blue button.
