I was thinking about the superbowl this weekend and came up with this card. The bear is from teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. The goal post and clouds were from everday paper dolls. The goal post at 5 inches and the clouds at 2 and 1.5. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The blue paper is 6.25 x 4.75. The grass paper is 4.75 x 1.5. I used my wavy scissors to the top. The font for the word is from life is a beach at 3/4 inch. I popped up the bear.

Owl birthday

This owl was made from create a critter 2 at 3.25 inches. I added google eyes. The white card base is 6.5 x 5. The dark blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The light blue patterned is 6 x 4.5. The rectangle mat is 4.5 x 2 and the patterned paper on top of it is 4.25 x1.75. The sentiment mat is 2.5 x 2.25 and the white sentiment piece is 2.25 x 2. I added buttons to the sentiment.

I made this card using nursery rhymes on pg. 50 at 3.25 inches. I started with a white card base 6.5 x 5. The next 3 layers are 1/4 inch less. My border is 1 x 5.75. I then used my scallop punch. The felt flower ribbon I put across the border. I used red stickles in each flower. I used fire red distress ink around the heart paper, border and sentiment.

Wedding bears

I made this card from Teddy bear parade at 3.25. I wanted to use bling. The bride was hard to put together. I got the dress but could not figure out the flowers in her headband and her hand so I scrapped that idea and put jewels in her headband. Instead of flowers I put a drink in her had as the groom had one. I used stickles on her waistband and bow. I also had stickles in her drink to look like sparkling champagne. For the groom I also used stickles in his drink and also on his flower. For the sentiment I used Cardz TV stamp set beary sweet.

Down under

I made this card for a challenge. You had to do something Australian. I chose the kangaroo which I got from birthday bash on pg. 49 at 3 1/2 inches. The eyes and mouth were too small so I drew them in with a black pen. The card base is white and measures 6.5 x 5. The sky paper is 6.25 x 4.75. The grass paper is 4.75 x 2 and I took my wavy scissors and cut across. I used Life is a beach for the font for the sentiment at 3/4 of an inch.

I used everyday paper dolls for this card. He is on pg.44 and I cut him at 3.5 inches. I used peachy keen for his face. I used white jelly roll pen to fill in the eyes and stitching on his pants. I used red marker for the inside of his mouth. My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The black mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The notes paper is 6 x 4.5. I used my label punch for the sentiment and just cut a white cardstock to fit inside.

Valentine bear

This bear was made from Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. The white card base is 6.5 x 5. The brown mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The chocolate print mat is 6 x 4.5. I used elegant edges for the oval on pg. 23.  For the sentiment I used the same paper as the oval piece. I stamp the paper then cut it out. I popped up the bear and the sentiment.

Happy anniversary

My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The black mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5.  The black border is 6 x 2.5 and the patterned mat is 2.25 x 6. I added black silk ribbon down the middle and tied a knot and attached with a glue dot. For the sentiment I cut from elegant edges on pg. 22 the oblong cut so you would go shift oblong and image. I used my label punch in white and stamped it. I used another heart punch and attached to the sentiment.

Snow!

This card started out with a white card base 6.5 x 5. The snowflake paper is 6.25 x 4.75. The white glitter paper is 6.25 x 2 then cut to make it hilly. The snowman is from doodlecharms cut at 3.5 on page 28. I used google eyes and real buttons. For the snowflakes I used 2 different size snowflake punches and cut them out with the glitter paper.

This card was made for a challenge. The challenge was to do a card having to do with January. After a lot of thought, all I could come up with is New years day. My bear was cut from Teddy bear parade with all his parts at 3.25. I wrote the year on it. I didn't use the confetti it cut. I used some stickers I had. The sentiment came from wild card pg. 78 at 5 inches. My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The black mat 6.25 x 4.75. The blue mat was cut at 6 x 4.5. I ran the blue mat through the cuttlebug. The black border is 4.5 x 1.5 and the white border is 4.25 x 1.

Wild about you

I used two carts for this card. The penguins were made with simply charmed at 3 inches, and the igloo from create a critter at 2.5. I added bling to the girl's bow. I didn't like all the colors they had in the book so I added the colors I liked. My card base is a white card 6.5 x 5. The snowflake paper is 6.25 x 4.75 and the glitter snow paper is 6.25 x 2, then I cut it to look a little hilly. I used pop dots to pop them up and added a sentiment from Cardz TV critter captions stamp set.

Fishing bear

I made this masculine bear from Teddy bear parade. He is cut at 3.25 along with all his parts. I gave him a real button. The cut for his button was teeny. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The black mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The wood paper is 6 x 4.5. The sentiment is from Cardz TV's Beary sweet stamp set. I used my label punch and added brads. I also inked around the sentiment with Tim Holz distress ink. The sentiment and bear are popped up.

Skiing

This card was made with everyday paper dolls. On page 36 is the skier. I wanted a girl so I used a lot of the parts from page 37. I cut the doll at 3.75. All the layers the same size. I added 3 pearls to her outfit. My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The cloud paper the same. I cut the snow paper 5 x 4 and used my special scissors to cut a hill. On page 76 is the chair lift cut at the same size. Then I stamped snow from Michael's dollar bin.

Bear hugs

I put her on an Action wobble. I used elegant edges for the oval at 4.25. I inked around the oval with Tim Holz red brick ink along with the sentiment which I punched with EK Success label punch. I made this card with best images of 2010. Two small butterflies were cut at 1 1/2 inches and the bigger one at 2 inches. I put gems in the middle and then used stickles over the rest. I used two carts for this card. Everyday paper dolls and create a critter. The card base is 6.5 x 5. The sky paper is 6.25 x 4.75. The grass paper is 6.25 x 2.I used special scissors to cut the top of the grass. The dog was cut from everyday paper dolls pg 74 at 3.5. I cut a little black square to put behind his eyes and nose. I tied a ribbon around her neck. I used my white gel pen to accent where the cricut cut. I put a bone in her mouth which I found on create a critter on pg 34 at 1 inch. I also from that same page and the same size the dog dish. On pg. 35 I cut the dog house at 4 inches I popped up the dog and dish. I used the cuttlebug and ran the dog house with the wood grain folder. The sentiment came from a stamp from a yard sale.

Beary good birthday

This bear is from Teddy bear parade cut at 3.25 inches. I used the cuttlebug and ran his shirt through the swirls folder. The hat was run through the polka dots folder. I put stickles on the star on his hat, balloons and cupcake. My white card base is 6.5 x 5. The pink mat is 6.25 x 4.75, and the patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. I added ribbon near the bottom. The sentiment was put on a label punch from EK Success. I popped up both the bear and the sentiment.

My card base is a white 6.5 x 5 card. Then I added a black mat 6.25 x 4.75. Next is the black and white paper 6 x 4.5. The strip down the middle is black at 2.5 x 6, then the colored piece 2.25 x 6. Before adhering, I added a strip of black satin ribbon down the middle. The sentiment is on a label punch then I cut a piece from elegant edges on page 22 oblong at 3 inches, then added to the card.

I used Christmas noel for the tree at 4 inches. I used my snowflake punch for the snowflakes on the border. I used my white gel pen on the tree.  I used pink chalk for her cheeks.

This is a quick and easy or should I say clean and simple card. My card base is 6.5 x 5. My rainbow paper is 6.25 x 4.75. I cut the grass from everyday paper dolls fit to length 5 inches.  I cut the panda from create a critter at 3.5 inches along with the bamboo shoot. I then stamped a sentiment.

I made this card with create a critter 2. The bird was cut at 3 inches and was popped up. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The pink mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned paper is 6 x 4.5. The pink border is 6.25 x 1.5 and the patterned border is 6 x 1. I put lace on the border. On the birds hat I used a flower punch and added bling in the flower.  I also ran the hat through the cuttlebug.  I also added 3 buttons. For the sentiment I used Cardz TV stamp set for the birds.

Thankful

I got this idea from Mary at cardz tv. She made it as a mothers day card but I am using it as a Thank you card. The only cart used is elegant edges. My card base is 6.5x 5. The black mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The polka dot mat is 6 x 4.5. The black middle piece is 2.5 x 6 and the piece on top is 2.25 x 6. I added a strip of black ribbon down the middle. I used my circle punch to punch the white paper to put my sentiment on. Then with elegant edges cut a scallop shadow at 1.75 to fit my circle punch. This is on page 23. For the oblong piece and shadow I cut them at 3.5 found on page 21 using shift oblong shadow and shift oblong. I popped up the sentiment put on a bow and 2 pearls.

Queen bear

I am entering this card to several challenges listed below. The theme is something new. I just got this cart today. It's my something new. The cart is teddy bear parade and I cut the bears at 3.25. I used auto fill and it cut 12 bears. Now I can make 11 more without cutting the bears. I embossed the red part of her dress on the cuttlebug swirls folder. I added bling to her crown and wand. I put buttons in the corners. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The green mat is 6 x 4.5 and the yellow piece is 5.75 x 4.25. I put the bear on an action wobble.
