This card was made with Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. I put stickles on all the hearts. I used glossy accents on the eyes and nose of the bear. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The red mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. The red border is 4.75. X 1.5. The white border is 4.5 x 1. I stamped the sentiment with Cardz TV "Beary Sweet" stamp set.
