Make a wish

This card was made with A child's year cricut cartridge at 3.5 inches. The card base is 6.5 x 5. The glitter paper is 6.25 x 4.75. I used stickles on her wings. I put a gem in the star on her wand. I used Cardz TV "Make a wish" stamp set for the sentiment.
