Baby bear 2

This card was made with the teddy bear parade cartridge at 3.25 inches I added a gem to her hat. I added ribbon near the bottom. I stamped with Cardz TV "Beary Sweet"  stamp set. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The green layer is 6.25 x 4.75. The top green layer is 6 x 4.5.
