Birthday Fairy

This card was made with A child's year at 3.25 inches. I put pink stickles on the wings and the present. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The black mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The next mat is 6 x 4.5.   The black border is 4.75 x 1.5. I added ribbon and tied a knot. I then added buttons. The sentiment came fro Cardz TV "Make a wish" stamp set.
