It's a boy

This bird came from 3 birds on parade at 3 inches. I popped him up on foam squares. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. I added a ribbon and tied a knot. I added gems to the ribbon. I stamped the sentiment on blue cardstock, cut it out and used a corner chomper.
