Birthday bear

This bear was made with Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. I added stickles to her belt, heart on her crown and bows on her shoes. I put a gem in her wand. I put her on one thickness of foam tape.   I started out with a purple card base 6.5 x 5. I rounded the corners. The next mat is white mat 6.25 x 4.75. I also rounded the corners.  I took chalk and made circles. The border is 4.75 x 1.5.  I added two gems. The sentiment is from Cardz TV "Beary Sweet" stamp set. I cut it out with my punch.
