Happy birthday

This card was made with Teddy bear parade at 3.5 inches. I popped him up on one thickness of foam tape. The card base is 6.5 x 5. The birthday mat is 6.25 x 4.75.  The green patterned border is  x 4.75. The polka dot border is 2.5 x 4.75 then I used my scalloped punch. I stamped the sentiment from Cardz TV "Happy days" stamp set.
