This card was made with Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. I used stickles on his hat and cupcake. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The pink mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. The pink border is 4.75 x 2. The sentiment is cut from my label punch and stamped with Cardz TV "Beary Sweet" stamp set. I added bling on the sentiment.
