Baby bear

This bear was made with Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. I added a gem to the flower in her hat. The white card base is 6.5 x 5. The blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. The blue border is 4.75 x 1.5 and the white piece is 4.5 x 1. I stamped it with Cardz TV "Beary Sweet" stamo set. I added two pink buttons.
