Patriotic bear

This bear came from Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. I put red gems in her hat and bow. The flag was a plain red so I drew the American flag on it using a blue pen and my white gel pen. The mat she is on came from elegant edges at 5 inches. I ran it through my cuttlebug stars folder. I used my label punch for the sentiment. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The stars mat is 6 x 4.5. I put red gems on the sentiment.
