Celebrating

This card was made with plantin schoolbook. The white star was cut at 4 inches and the blue star at 4.25. I layered the two. The red strips were cut at 4.75 x 1. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned paper is 6 x 4.5. I stamped the star with the paper studio clear stamps in blue ink from colorbox petal point ink. I cut the bottom of the red strips to make banners and added buttons.
