This bear came from Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. I made a bunch up ahead of time. Everything else was cut at the same size. He is popped up on foam squares. The happy birthday came from Cardz TV "Happy days" stamp set. I stamped it on white cardstock then used my punch to cut it out. The card base is 6.5 x 5. The patterned paper is 6 x 4.5
