Cupcake

This card was made with doodlecharms at 4.5 inches. I ran the bottom through the cuttlebug stripes folder and the top divine swirls folder. I added gems to the top and stickles to the flame. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The blue mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned border is 4.75 x 1.5. I added flowers. I popped the cupcake on one thickness of foam tape.
