Christmas blessings

This card was made with Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches. I added stickles to his belt buckle and the whites of his hat and clothing. The present is a sticker. For the sentiment I used my label punch and used Scrappy mom's stamp set. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The red mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5.
