Christmas wishes

This card was made with Simply charmed at 3.5 inches. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The dark green mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The light green mat is 6 x 4.5. I then took my scallop punch and punched the side. I took bakers twine across the top for the ornament to hang on. I then stamped my sentiment with scrappy moms stamp set.
