Sweet!

This card was made with Just Because cart at 8 inches. I used the cuttlebug swirls folder on the popsicle. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The orange mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. The orange border s 6.25 x 1.5. The patterned border is 6 x 1. I added buttons. I used Cardz TV "Make a Wish" stamp set for the sentiment.
