Owl love
This owl came from create a critter 2 at 3 1/2 inches. My card base is 6.5 x 5. The pink mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. The border is 4.75 x 1.5 and the top piece is 4.5 x 1. I added some bling and stamped it.
